These small group sessions focus on improving arm and hand function through evidence-based rehabilitation, social support, and structured therapeutic practice.
Program Highlights:
Duration: 90-minute therapist-led session
Group Size: Maximum of 4 participants for personalised attention
Includes: Functional upper limb exercises, task-specific training, and use of rehabilitation tools such as Saebo, FES, vibration therapy, AbleX, or mirror therapy as needed
Followed by: Relaxed morning tea to foster social connection and peer support
